About these terms

This website (hunzawater.co) is run by Hunza Water USA, a Hunza Global Ventures company based in Richardson, Texas (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is meant for businesses and adults: you must be at least 18 to use it, and if you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

For information purposes only

This website and everything on it is provided for general information purposes only. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it to make decisions without confirming the details with us in writing. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but product details, specifications, images, prices and availability can change without notice, and some products shown are made by other manufacturers, whose specifications and claims are their own. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a binding quote or a promise of any result.

Water quality and health information

Information about water filtration, water quality, hydration or sustainability is general information only. It is not medical, health or engineering advice. How well a system performs depends on your source water, installation, use and maintenance, and on following the manufacturer’s instructions. Performance and certification claims for a product apply only as stated by its manufacturer or certifying body. If you have a health concern, please speak to a qualified professional.

Quotes, orders and services

Sending a quote request, assessment booking, support request or contact form does not create a contract. Works and projects, including supply, installation, rentals, service plans and deliveries, are agreed separately in a signed written quote or agreement. Only that document sets out our obligations, warranties and liability for those works. If that document and these terms conflict, the written quote or agreement applies.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
• try to access areas that are not meant for you, including the staff admin area, or test, scan or probe the site’s security;
• interfere with how the site works, or send spam, viruses or other harmful code;
• copy or collect content or information from the site by automated means (such as bots or scrapers), or use it to train software, without our written permission;
• pretend to be someone else, or send false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content;
• use the site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others.

What you send us

Please give accurate details when you fill in a form. If you give us someone else’s contact details (for example a colleague or facilities manager), you confirm you are allowed to share them with us for that purpose. By sending a request you agree that we may contact you about it by email, phone or text, and that our emails and other electronic messages count as being “in writing”. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Brands and content

The Hunza Water name, logo, text, images and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission and are protected by law. Names and logos of other manufacturers belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the products we carry; showing them does not mean those companies endorse us. You may view and share pages for your own business use, but please do not copy, change or reuse our content without asking us first. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, please email us with the details and we will look into it promptly.

Other companies’ products, links and services

Products made by other manufacturers come with those manufacturers’ own warranties and terms. Links to other websites and services (such as WhatsApp) are given for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Downloads

Brochures, datasheets and other downloads are provided for information only. They may be updated or withdrawn at any time, and the specifications in your written quote or agreement take priority.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. Warranties for products and services you buy from us are set out only in your written quote or agreement and in the manufacturer’s warranty.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, HUNZA WATER USA, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS ACCEPT NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT OR DOWNLOADS.

Our liability is limited to the works and projects we take on under a signed written quote or agreement, and only as set out in the terms of that agreement. Nothing on this website extends, adds to or replaces those terms.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud), and it does not take away any rights you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act or other consumer laws that cannot be waived.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Governing law and disputes

Hunza Water USA is based in Richardson, Texas. These terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally; if it is not resolved within 30 days, either side may take it to the state or federal courts in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. Either side may still ask a court for urgent relief at any time.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the website; your written quote or agreement covers the products and services you buy. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example if our business is reorganised or sold. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
