How to choose a model
Freestanding units suit busy break rooms and cafeterias; countertop units suit smaller kitchens. Consider how many people will use it, whether you want flavors, and the space and connections available. Flavor supplies can be restocked as part of a service plan.

Do flavor dispensers need a water line?
Yes, they are plumbed in to a cold-water line. Some models also need a drain; we confirm this during the site assessment.
