Leased System Management

We look after the machines you lease

When you lease a system from us, we stay responsible for keeping it running. Filters are replaced on schedule, supplies are restocked, maintenance and sanitation visits are planned for you, and you receive regular reporting on service and usage. Your team simply uses the machine — one agreement covers the rest.

In more detail

Leased System Management: what to know

One agreement for everything

With a leased system, you use the equipment and we stay responsible for keeping it running. Filters, supplies, maintenance and sanitation visits are all covered under one agreement, so there are no separate service bills to manage.

Supplies and reporting

For machines that use supplies such as flavors, we keep stock topped up. You receive regular reporting on service visits and, where the machine supports it, usage.

Is leasing right for you?

Leasing suits organizations that prefer a predictable monthly cost and no maintenance responsibility. Buying outright with a maintenance agreement suits those who prefer to own the equipment. We can compare both during the assessment.

Can we change or add machines later?

Yes, changes can be agreed during the lease. Terms are set out in your agreement.
