Managed Service & Maintenance

Maintenance plans for systems you own

If you bought your equipment outright, a maintenance agreement shifts routine filter changes and sanitation from your staff to us. Visits are scheduled by usage and manufacturer guidance, each with a clear record of what was replaced and cleaned — so your systems keep performing and you always know the status of every unit. Leasing instead? See Leased System Management.

Managed Service & Maintenance: what to know

Why filters and sanitation matter

Filters capture what you do not want in your water, and over time they reach the end of their life. Regular sanitation keeps internal parts clean. Without both, taste and flow drop and equipment works harder. A maintenance agreement makes sure this happens on time, every time.

What a maintenance visit includes

Visits are scheduled by usage and manufacturer guidance. Typical work includes filter replacement, cleaning and sanitizing, a check of performance and a record of what was done. You can see the service history for every unit.

For equipment you own

This plan is for customers who bought their systems outright. If you lease equipment from us, maintenance is already included under Leased System Management.

Common questions
How often will you visit?

Frequency depends on how much each unit is used and the manufacturer’s guidance. We agree a schedule with you.

Can you maintain equipment we bought elsewhere?

Contact us with the make and model and we will confirm whether we can service it.

Do we get a record of each visit?

Yes. Each visit is recorded with what was replaced and cleaned.
