Design hydration in from the start
It is far easier and cheaper to plan water lines, drains and power for refill points during design than to retrofit them later. We work with developers, architects and contractors to specify bottle fillers, drinking water points and, where incoming water needs it, centralized treatment or softening.
Support during specification
We help shortlist equipment for each space and share model documentation so it can be included in drawings and specifications. Final models, certifications and lead times are confirmed with the quotation.
Handover and ongoing service
At handover the systems are flushed, commissioned and explained to the building team. A maintenance or managed service plan can then take over filter changes and sanitation for the building owner or tenant.
When should we involve you in a project?
As early as possible, ideally at design stage, so water lines, drains and power can be planned for each refill point.
Can you provide product documentation for specifications?
Yes. We share the manufacturer documentation for recommended models and confirm current specifications with the quotation.
Do you install on active construction sites?
Installation is coordinated with your contractor and site schedule. Details are agreed in writing for each project.
