Site Assessment & Consultation

Start with your water, your space and your usage

Every project begins with understanding the site. We review incoming water, available water-line and power connections, headcount or guest volume, and what you currently spend on bottled water. You receive a recommended system configuration, an installation outline, a service plan and a transparent cost comparison based on your actual numbers.

In more detail

Site Assessment & Consultation: what to know

What we look at during a site assessment

We start with how water is used today: how many people, where they drink or refill, what you buy in bottled water and how deliveries are handled. On site we check incoming water, the location of cold-water lines, drains and power, and the space available at each proposed point of use. For homes we also look at hardness and where the main line enters.

What you receive afterwards

You get a written recommendation: which equipment fits each location, what installation involves, the service plan that keeps it running and a cost comparison built from your own numbers. Model documentation and certifications are confirmed with the quote. There is no obligation to go ahead.

Multi-site and larger projects

For organizations with several buildings across Dallas–Fort Worth, we can assess each site and put together one program with a consistent standard of equipment and service.

Common questions
Is the site assessment free?

The assessment is no-obligation. Any costs are explained before we visit.

How long does an assessment take?

It depends on the size of the site and the number of locations. We agree a time when you book.

What should we prepare?

Helpful details are headcount or visitor numbers, your current bottled water spend and access to the areas where water would be installed.
