Professional Installation: what to know
How a plumbed-in installation works
Point-of-use dispensers and refill stations connect to a cold-water line, often with a small valve and filtered feed. Some models also need a drain or an electrical outlet. Before installation we confirm each connection, the placement and any access you need to arrange with your facilities team or landlord.
On installation day
Our team connects and configures the equipment, flushes the system and checks it is working as it should. We then walk your team through daily use, such as how to dispense, what the indicator lights mean and who to call if something looks wrong.
After installation
Once installed, a maintenance agreement or leased system management plan keeps filters and sanitation on schedule. You can also call us for any service need.
How long does installation take?
Most single-point installations are completed in one visit. Larger or multi-site projects are scheduled in stages; we give you a timeline with the quote.
Do we need to arrange a plumber?
No, connection to the water line is part of our installation. If building work is needed beyond that, we tell you during the assessment.
Will the water be ready to drink straight away?
The system is flushed and checked during commissioning before handover.
